Get Your Sports Head in the Game!
Is your game erratic? Are you getting more stress than fun out of your sports? Thinking about taking up knitting?
Yogi Berra’s often used and often misquoted line is, “Baseball is 90% mental. The other half is physical.” Yogi’s words don’t only apply to baseball. Every sport, whether professional or amateur, starts in the head. Getting the clear picture of the stroke, the throw, the dive, the jump gives direction for the arms and legs to move properly. How we deal with stress in performance situations, how we make adjustments, how we practice, how coachable we are, our competitive nature, and so much more comes into play each time we come to play.
Want to knock strokes off your golf game, become a more instinctive tennis player, swim faster, play ball at a higher level? If you’ve had the instruction, this program will work on your mental game. Unlearning bad sports habits and/or attitudes is a matter of replacing what you don’t want with what you do want. That is the emphasis of this dynamic Mindset program.
The sports psychology on track one is universal, powerful and energizing.
Sports psychology has been around for decades and those who recognize that the computer between the ears is where training begins and ends will practice as much mentally as they will on the fairway, field, pool or court.
The hypnosis session on track two starts with a relaxing hypnosis induction that turns down the critical, judgmental conscious mind that dwells on overthinking and reinforcing past negative/limiting performance. Then you are guided to visually insert your perfect stroke, swing, serve or stride at the appropriate time to reinforce the pursuit of perfection and consistency in whatever your sport or exercise. Laying down new positive mental tracks takes a short while to see results, for most in performance and attitude.
Get the mental edge. It’s not all mental, but 90% is probably a fair estimate.

Your sports excellence CD was given to me, I believe, as a joke because I am somewhat overweight and haven’t exercised since 1976. But I did listen to it out of curiosity. It made sense and I started walking every day, which led me to joining the local health club and hiring a personal trainer to help me get started properly. I have lost a ton of weight, firmed up and have energy to burn. I feel incredibly better. Thanks for the great start.

Billie Jean King started this sports psychology frenzy, but you are the best. My tennis is game is sharper and more consistent since I’ve been listening to your CD. Great job! Thanks.
