The Personal Life Skills Seminar is, in the short term, a combination of behavior modification (external change) and self-hypnosis (internal change) for changing habits and attitudes. - Learn to apply self-hypnosis to control stress, sleep better, manage pain, eat with consciousness, stop smoking, become a better public speaker, improve memory and comprehension, read faster, pass tests, enjoy prospecting, develop confidence and a positive self-image, improve any sports performance, gain control over hostilities and anxieties, develop focus, give better business presentations, improve wellness and more.
- Great goal setting and getting systems with time management techniques that will compliment the goals you’re working toward with your hypnosis sessions.
- At any time after the seminar, email Barry a list of 10-20 business and/or personal goals from which he will create a personalized session that will be emailed back to you in an attachment. This personalized recording is very powerful and it’s all about moving you forward. You do become what you think about.
- 30-45 minute coaching call. Some use this time to clarify the personalized list of goals for their recorded session and some use the time to explore “stuck” areas or clarify future strategies.
Your history will dictate your past only if you continue to do what you’ve been doing.
